What a beautiful morning.  Thanks to all of you who participated in the "Run for God", we had a wonderful time and hope that you did, too.

I have so many people to thank for making this year (and last year) a success: 1st and most importantly, I give thanks to God for calling me to make this happen and opening the doors and hearts of all of you who either volunteered or participated.  This race would not be the same or be as much fun without the support of so many great friends and family.

Thank you Publix, for the oranges and bananas - they are such a wonderful treat, especially after a race.

Thank you City of Sanford for use of the wonderful Ft Mellon Park.

Thank you many many friends, especially those who meet me on race morning at 5am to get things set up. 
Please mark your calendars for next year.  We are planning to make Run for God an annual event taking place each Easter weekend - same time, same place. If you are interested in getting involved with, please drop me an email at runforgod5k@gmail.com. It is amazing what you can accomplish when you pull together and run for God - as a participant, volunteer, sponsor or all of the above... together we make things happen. God Bless You!!
